The vr00dvr8 converts the images from 8 different cameras to digital images that are then stored using Wavelet, MJPEG, or MPEG4 compression. The 120 GB storage capacity allows for up to 420-600 hours of record time. Other features include built-in CDRW and video motion detection.

The vr00dvr12 converts the images from 12 different cameras to digital images that are then stored using Wavelet, MJPEG, or MPEG4 compression. The 120 GB storage capacity allows for up to 280-400 hours of record time. Other features include built-in CDRW and video motion detection.
