How To Order

1. Search or browse through our products, and if you wish to purchase, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. add to cart picture

2. Products you've added to your shopping card are saved there while you look at more items. You can "continue shopping" OR "checkout now"

3. In your shopping cart, you can adjust quantities or remove items to get a new sub-total. Please click "Update Shopping Cart after each change to refresh the sub-total.

4. To find out the total price including shipping, click "Checkout" . FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75.00 DOLLARS

5. If you click Keep Shopping you will return to the home page of the store. You can return to the shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart Button on the top right of the website.

6. After you click "Checkout" you will be given a choice of checkout options.

7. The three choices are
1. Sign In and Checkout: If you have a Google Yahoo or AOL account you can sign in to checkout here.
2. New User: You can open a new account with us here so you will be able to access your info, change shipping information and track your shipments easily.
3. Guest checkout: You will enter all of your information without the need for an account. (Great for one time purchases)

8. The first checkout step is "Shipping Information" where you enter an address to ship the product to. We prefer to ship to an address that is associated with your credit card. If you would like to ship to an address not listed on your card please call your order in. You can also mail in a payment using our Mail In Order form.

9. The second Step is the "Billing Information" If they address are the same, just check the button that reads "same as shipping address" or fill in the billing information. The billing address is the address that the credit card bill is mailed to.

10. Next you will need to choose the shipping method. Use the dropdown menu to choose the shipping method and then click "Apply" your total will be updated to include the shipping amount. You will also see a chart showing the other shipping options available to you. We ship orders using UPS and USPS we may substitute the carrier in order to get a package shipped in the most expedient manner. International orders are shipped USPS global Express unless otherwise instructed. We ship most orders on the same business day and all orders over $75.00 are shipped free ground in the USA. Please call us if you have a next day order that must ship on the same day to conform the shipment.

11. Coupon Codes. Below the shipping choice is a "Coupon Code" box here you can enter any coupons you may have. We have coupons available all the time you can search for them , check our site or call us for the latest discount. Enter you code in the box and click "Apply" You total will change to reflect the discount.

12. Your email address is next . Below the coupon code you can enter your email address and check or uncheck the options below. We send out advertising emails about 3 times a year and never share your email with anyone unless legally required to do so or it is neede to complte your order.Check our Privacy Policy for more information. If you still do not want to use your email or do not have one enter noemail@spyville.com . You will need to contact us if you would like an order confirmation or tracking number as we will have no way to send the information to you.

13. Now you enter your payment information. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Please enter your account number, expiation date and CVV code. We use a 256bit secure shopping cart via Yahoo.

14. Comments. Please use the comments section to let us know if you have any special requests for the delivery. Things like, Please deliver to the side door or please knock loud. We will add this information to the label but ultimately the carrier will choose the actions to take during the delivery. We do not control the package after it leaves our location.

15. Once you have entered all your information you need to click on the continue button.

16. The next page will let you review all your information check the amount your address and email. Then when you are satisfied that everything is correct you click "Send Order"

17. We will begin processing your order when payment is received. When processing begins you will receive an email order confirmation. You will receive another email notifying you when we ship the items, including a tracking number and a link to check the progress. If you get an email that reads "your order is on hold" or "your order is pending" please contact us at your earliest conveience. Thank You.
