This high-grade covert color camera has a DVR built right into the unit, and is motion activated! To operate, simply insert the included SD card, and plug it into any working electrical AC outlet, and the DVR255 instantly starts recording video as soon as motion is detected! Since the adapter camera runs off AC power, there are no battery life concerns! Just plug it in, and let it record! When you are ready to retrieve the video, just remove the SD card, and you can play back the files on your PC. The DVR255 has a built in user menu you can access by connecting the unit to a TV using the supplied cable. You can set the time and date , the motion detection sensitivity and the recording type.
