We provide our own tech and email support. Each item on Spyville.com has been tested and we do our

ship most items same day from
Tennessee, if the order is placed before 3:00 PM CST. We do sometimes ship from
an alternative location
(Known as drop shipping) if the item is not in stock in our facility. We try to
keep all of our items in stock here
but from time to time we do run short of stock that is when we use a drop ship
service provided by our suppliers.
Unlike many other companies we answer our own phones. So you may be asked to
leave a message from
time to time, rest assured we make every attempt to call back whenever possible.

name and a number so we can contact you. Often times we receive messages that do
not have names and
we usually do not call if we are unsure who to speak to as this may someone else
know what you are doing.
Our average phone call is approx 10 minutes. If you choose not to leave a

We use the equipment we sell. We actually handle the equipment and try it here
in our location before selling it.
We do not follow the large corporation methods of just putting everything on a
website and trying to sell everything.
You can be sure that someone here has used the items we sell even if just
to connect it and test it for a
few minutes. With this method we are able to provide real tech support not just
read a manual and tell you what it says.
Our suppliers are also picked carefully and we expect them to not only provide
products but offer our customers support
beyond what we have encountered.
