I am
writing to praise your Company and the superb customer service which I
have received each and every time that I have called with questions.
I initially called last week, to inquire about the DR-90 recorder.
Despite my calling at 5:30 P.M. on the eve of the Memorial Day weekend,
Nadine, answered each of my questions cheerfully and efficiently. When
she was unsure about a question, she politely placed me on hold and came
back quickly with an answer. However, at that time, I was not willing to
commit to a purchase. To be honest, I was waiting for a callback from a
competitor -EAP- with slightly cheaper prices and free shipping. Would
you believe that I am still waiting for their callback?
The lack of response from them, made my decision easy. I called last
Thursday, June 2, 2005, ready to order the product and reached Leif.
Leif apologized and explained that the computer system had gone down and
it would be fifteen minutes until he could take any orders. I gave him
my phone number and was quite pleasantly surprised when he called me not
less than five minutes later. After placing my order, Leif concluded the
transaction by asking if I was interested in any other products,
mentioned product specials being offered and stated that I should feel
free to call with any questions regarding the product. Imagine my
surprise when I received this product two days later, instead of the
anticipated time of one week.
I took Leif up on his offer yesterday, June 6, 2005 and called regarding
the set up of the recorder. Leif patiently explained the procedures and
the system was up and running in no time, thanks to his courteous
assistance and his thorough knowledge of the product(s) available and
their workings.
I have NEVER written a testimonial for any product in my entire life. I
always thought that someone in marketing made up these claims in order
to make a company look reliable. The professionalism demonstrated by
your staff and the rapidity with which I received this product have made
me a believer. I look forward to doing business with your company and
will heartily recommend your services to friends and colleagues. Once
